CasaVeora Warranty Terms

Period: Five years from the approved installation date. Registration must be submitted within 30 days. Registration alone is not approval.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects in the specified protection film under normal indoor use.
• Premature bubbling, delamination or adhesive failure attributable to an approved installation.
• Material and installation remedy for the affected protected area, at CasaVeora’s discretion.

What is excluded

• Pre-existing damage, substrate movement, moisture, efflorescence, mould or failure of stone, polish, lacquer, PU, sealer or coating.
• Cuts, punctures, burns, direct heat, knives, abrasive tools, harsh chemicals, misuse, deliberate damage or unauthorised repair/removal.
• Damage at exposed edges, joints, cut-outs or uncovered areas, and normal ageing or appearance change within accepted tolerances.
• Commercial loss, loss of use, consequential damage or replacement of the underlying surface.

Additional conditions

The warranty is non-transferable. CasaVeora may inspect, test, repair or replace only the affected protected area. Proof of purchase, installation records and reasonable access are required. Remedy is the sole discretion of CasaVeora. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
