The correct film is a system: top coat, film body, adhesive and a compatible original finish.

Each layer has a job.
The protective top coat receives routine contact. The flexible film body provides the physical barrier. The adhesive must remain optically clear and compatible with the underlying finish.
CasaVeora may specify TPU or another architectural film depending on the material, geometry and use. Automotive claims are not automatically applied to interiors.

Moisture, porosity, sealer, polish, lacquer, edge condition and installation method can matter as much as film thickness.
